Howard
V. Knicely
Prior
to TRW's recent merger with the Northrop Grumman
Corporation, Howard V. Knicely was executive vice
president, human resources and communications
and a member of the company's Board of Directors.
As executive vice president, he led the transition
team responsible for the integretion of critical
TRW activities and key personnel into Northrop
Grumman operations.
Mr.
Knicely serves on Kettering University's board
of trustees and is a member of the Visiting Committee
of the West Virginia University College of Business
and Enocomics. He also serves as a trustee of
the Greater Cleveland Roundtable.
In
1992 Mr. Knicely received the Society for Human
Resource Management's Award of Professional Excellence
as the outstanding human resource excutive of
the year, and he was one of 12 Fellows inducted
into the inaugural class of the National Academy
of Human Resources (NAHR). In 1996 he was named
Human Resource Executive of the Year by Human
Resource Executive magazine. In 1997 Mr. Knicely
completed a three-year term as chair of the NAHR
and was named a Distinguished Fellow of the Academy.
