Doug Harrison, CFO

Born in the UK and with Bachelor and Master degrees from Scottish universities, Doug spent 15 years working in the hospitality world running groups of hotels and restaurants in various parts of the US.

In the mid 90’s he moved from operations to finance as a Certified Management Accountant, and was responsible for division financial control of companies with up to $250,000 in revenues, and with a staff of 25 reporting to him.

In 2000 he moved to the world of Hi-Tech being responsible for financial, legal, and compliance initially in a B2B chemicals exchange, and for the past 6 years at a software as a service provider as the VP Finance, reporting to the CEO. This position has seen a number of private and VC equity funding rounds, and also the acquisition and merger of about 8 separate companies and asset purchases.
